Ac Milan Eager to End San Siro Taboo Before Inter

Suffering three defeats from four games, is not the start that AC Milan were writing in their early season script, but just like a series of unfortunate events, that's simply the fate that Rossoneri must endure.

After last weekend's defeat against Udinese, this midweek, the Rossoneri already have the chance to redeem their current bad patch, although many problems still clouding their path.

Losing the likes of Cristian Zapata and Kevin-Prince Boateng, who were sent off in Friuli, make things even harder for the Red and Black squad as they're still await for Alexandre Pato's retun. Not to mention the fact that new signings such as Riccardo Montolivo and Nigel De Jong are still adapting with the team, there seems to be little options for Milan aside from going all out until the upcoming international break.

Just like what I've been previously stating, it's much more essential for either Massimiliano Allegri or Mauro Tassoti to fix the players' psychological condition during this hectic schedule instead just screwing around with tactics. Although changing schemes could help things a lot, but by the look of it, the players currently seemed to easily lose confidence when things suddenly goes wrong on the pitch. From missing goal scoring chances to conceding a dangerous opportunities from opponent, all could easily turned the team's head around within seconds.

If Milan can't fix that current mental block, it will definitely be hard to turn their result around as tactical changes often didn't help that much when players start to lose their confidence on the pitch. The lack of capable leader up front really shown for the Rossoneri in this early part of season as when things goes wrong, they don't really know who to trust in solving that issue. A situation which was solved by Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the past couple of seasons.

So, this midweek, will the San Siro taboo continue for Milan? it's hard to tell, but should thd coaching staffs managed to improve the players' mental condition, things might eventually looked bright for them. Robinho's return might help things a bit for the Red and Black squad, but still they must remain calm on the pitch and not get easily distracted with difficult situations.

Only by keeping their head in the right place, they can eventually ride the storm. It's not like the Rossoneri are facing teams with better qualities, since so far Milan actually been paired with clubs below their level. However, with their current mental state, things becomes really tough as without any self beliefs how can one comfortably shows their true potential?

The absence of Allegri on the sideline will pave way for Mauro Tassoti to lead Milan's bench on Wednesday. Hopefully, the former right back could bring more luck which could elevate the players' confidence so they can try to write their own fortune in upcoming matches.
